redirect output of restic wrapper to a logfile

We does not have any information about a backup on the node.

In the directory /var/log/restic, we could have a dedicated logfile for each defined resource backup.

The command in cron can be like /usr/local/bin/restic-wrapper-localtest >> /var/log/restic/localtest.log 2&>1

And keep 10 logfiles about this localtest with logrotate.
