Be able to run n jobs simultaneously on one runner

... so that speeds up execution of jobs :)

This is the concurrent setting in the config file /etc/gitlab-runner/config.toml. See Advanced configuration, first two paragraphs.

I did not find (yet) a way to pass it as an argument to the command-line
