Set up functional tests on codeception

List of fonctionnal tests to do :

• check the presence of legal notices
• create an account, login, verify the log in, logout.
• login, doing an interaction, logout.
  • add a software
  • declare yourself as user
• list software/users : check the selections (with 'sort by' and characteristics)
• check the behaviour of the search engine
